We provide legal consultancy on Turkish legal processes for companies based in the UK and Turkey. We also provide corporate, commercial, insurance (life and non-life insurance, private pension insurance), and contractual matters as well as assistance in claims handling and dispute resolution.

For clients wishing to invest in Turkey, our services focus on incorporation of a branch or company in Turkey, as well as advice on joint ventures and shareholders' agreements and share purchase agreements on the corporate side. 

We provide advice on legal processes that are applicable to each client’s requirements, research legal concepts and case law and advise on procedures.

We also provide assistance on the legal requirements that companies would have to comply with, after incorporation, including labour relations, foreign currency regulations, work permits for foreign employees, data protection compliance, etc.
